We use whole neem leaves for natural preservation, ensuring a 100% natural product with no chemicals. Didi ki Samagri (Ingredients) includes: Garlic, green chillies, ginger, cumin, fennel, ajwain, mustard seeds, black pepper cloves, coriandar seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard oil, asafoetida, turmeric, dry mango powder, vinegar, and salt. As a homemade pickle without any preservatives, store it in a cool & dry place, preferably in the fridge, to maintain its freshness for more than 6 months.
